1. Shipping Methods & Costs We offer various shipping options based on your location, including:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 4-6 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $150.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, depending on your selected method and location.
2. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. You can track your order using the tracking number provided after shipment. Please note that international shipments may experience delays due to customs.
4. International Shipping We currently DO NOT offer International Shipping. Only within Australia
6. Lost or Damaged Items We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are handed off to the shipping carrier. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@dubird.com.au for assistance.
7. Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders placed to a P.O. Box will be canceled.
